A credit card will be saved at the time of booking in the event a cancelation fee needs to be applied (your scheduled service is not charged to the card saved). You can cancel your appointment by using the link sent to your email or by contacting us directly. If you cancel/no-show with less than 48 hrs notice three times, a 50% deposit will be required to schedule. No-show's and one day or less notice of cancelation will be charged 75% for services. Two days notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you are not happy with your service, please notify us within one week. We will honor the service and schedule to have you back within two weeks from when the service was performed to correct it. Anything beyond that will be considered a new service and will be charged the regular fee. Redo's and Correction Policy: We will do our very best to give a thorough consultation before your service and provide our best educated recommendations of what's achievable. If you are not satisfied with the outcome or feel it was not what was discussed, then we will do our best to honor the service and have you in to correct it within two weeks of when the original service was performed. Anything after two weeks of the service will be considered a separate service and charged at the full price. For the service to be guaranteed, the client will need to allow the stylist to dry the hair before leaving to see and discuss the final result. Any client that leaves with wet hair is at their own risk. If you have a change of heart and want to change the look to something other than what was discussed, that will be at your own expense. Pricing: Due to the rapid rise in cost for product, you may notice a small increase in service prices without notice. We try to keep costs down and keep increases at a minimum.
